Energy access – the so-called ‘Missed Millennium Development Goal’, is considered a fundamental driver of economic and social development and is a key priority on the global development agenda. Energy access – the so-called ‘Missed Millennium Development Goal’, is considered a fundamental driver of economic and social development and is a key priority on the global development agenda.
