Launched in 2006, the Eni-Sustainability project aims at fostering Eni’s Sustainability Area on the most relevant sustainability issues within the energy sector. It does so through the transfer of theoretical knowledge and the implementation of feasible tools.

Launched in 2006, the Eni-Sustainability project aims at fostering Eni’s Sustainability Area on the most relevant sustainability issues within the energy sector. It does so through the transfer of theoretical knowledge and the implementation of feasible tools.

Scientific advice includes a variety of activities on:

  • Benchmarking on sustainability communication trends, sustainability models and key indicators;
  • State-of-the-art analysis and future directions of sustainability topics (e.g. human rights, diversity management, consumers behaviours, energy access, integrated reporting, Agenda 2030);
  • Advice and support in the sustainability communication mix, including integrated reporting, web tools & multimedia;
  • Development of a multistakeholders model to collect, analyze and incorporate the expectations of stakeholders in Eni’s sustainability strategies, both internal and external.
