On Thursday April 28, 2011, Prof. Henry Tulkens, Université Catholique de Louvain – CORE, will hold a seminar at the FEEM offices in Venice.
The seminar – that can be followed in video-conference also at FEEM headquarters in Milan at 12.00 – will address the climate policy implications of economic theory and modelling, focusing on key economic issues – such as reference emissions, efficiency and stability, competitive trading, desirability of free trade in emissions and the clean development mechanism – applied to likely future climate regimes.
