FEEM seminar on “Changing Incentives to publish and the consequences for the competitiveness of countries”

This weekly FEEM seminar investigates the issue of which incentives increase submissions and publications in scientific journals, finding some evidence that publications relate to career-based incentives and that acceptance rates relate to cash bonuses. The seminar will be given by Chiara Franzoni, Politecnico di Milano.
