Milan, Italy: FEEM Seminar on “Eating Behavior and Social Interactions”
Meno di un minuto
This research work aims at explaining the main drivers of eating behavior of adolescents who transition into adulthood. Specifically, while reckoning changes in eating behavioral patterns of communities as important causes of overweight and obesity, the researchers investigate whether the scale of such epidemic phenomena could be explained by social interactions. Identification of social endogenous effects is addressed in a dynamic linear framework, where individual and group heterogeneity is controlled for.
