On 16 and 17 February 2009 a group of cross-national economists convened at FEEM to reflect upon the internationalisation of firms and knowledge diffusion. The workshop was inspired by the research developed within the FP6 project on “The competitiveness of firms, regions and industries in the knowledge-based economy”, in which FEEM participates.
