This workshop displays the recent outputs of the DeRisk-CO project, which began in 2016. Latest researches are focused on the non-financial disclosure of climate-related risks and opportunities for the private sector, as recommended by the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). The financial disclosure is a voluntary process which is crucial for the investors to conceive how the private sector is changing business models in order to cope with the energy transition and physical risks. During this workshop, experts from FEEM and from other Italian research centers will focus on scenarios to evaluate the climate-related risks. A round-table will follow to further discuss how companies should undertake the disclosure processes amid the transition phase the economy is facing.
