Early Career Workshop on the Environment, Climate Change and Disasters: Socio-Economic Impacts and Adaptation

Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei is co-organizing a Workshop with the collaboration of the Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) and the University of Urbino Carlo Bo on the environment, climate change and socio-economic impacts and will be designed to involve junior researchers with a dedicated Call for Papers. The event is also supported by the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (EAERE) and the Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (IAERE).
- The Workshop will be held at the GSSI headquarters in L’Aquila, Italy, between June 5 and 6, 2024. Speakers who are selected (up to a maximum of 10 researchers) will be guaranteed accomodation for two nights and meals, in addition to the social dinner provided at the event.
- All papers to be selected by the Scientific Committee will be presented during a joint session to maximize engagement and interaction among participants.
- To encourage diversity and inclusion, submissions from female, female-identified or non-binary presenting authors are particularly welcome
