Parisa Pakrooh owns a Bachelor and a Master both in Agricultural Engineering with major in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tabriz (Iran). Later, he successfully completed a PhD in Agricultural Engineering with major in Natural Resources and Environmental Economics at the same university. She has been Visiting Researcher at the Center of Environment and Resources Economics (CERE) at the Umea School of Business, Economics and Statistics (USBE) in cooperation with the SLU University in Sweden, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Agricultural Economics Engineering at the University of Tabriz. Earlier in 2023, she won a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei where she joined the Research Programme “Econometrics of the Energy Transition” (EET). Her research interests include Energy and Environmental Economics, Agricultural Economics. She also had editorial and teaching experiences and published several articles, book chapters and papers.
