Air pollution (external and internal) is one of the most dangerous pollutants, especially in some areas (China, India, Africa, northern Italy). The solution to this problem is closely linked to that of climate change, both in terms of synergies and interrelations. The Air Quality project aims first of all to analyze synergies and exchanges between air quality and climate change in different policy contexts. A cost-benefit analysis of both air pollution and climate will also be carried out. Finally, the role of the benefits of air quality in supporting international climate policy will be defined.
