The nineteenth Conference of the Parties (COP) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was held in Warsaw, Poland, from 11-22 November 2013. On November 21, 2013, FEEM and Università Ca’ Foscari organised a joint Side Event on "Costs and Benefits of Adaptation to Climate Change and the Sustainability of Public Finance in the EU".
