Laura Sterli works as a Senior Consultant for Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) and supports the coordination activities of the Research Programmes and interface with the Scientific Advisory Board members. Laura has more than fifteen years of experience within the management consulting sector, with focus on Energy, and has followed both national and international projects, with various assignments on Oil Fields in Kazakhstan, Middle East and China. She worked and lived for a long period in the United Arab Emirates, both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where she participated in the KOGS SPE conference of October 2015, with the article “Talent Gap: a Golden opportunity for GCC oil companies”. Along her professional path, Laura has accompanied companies in activities related to strategic planning, organisation, process design, market analysis, cost efficiency. Apart from the consultancy sector, Laura worked for the Italian Stock Exchange, for an Italian Major Financial Institution with worldwide operations and for an International Accounting Firm. She has a degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University, Milan.
