Francesca Maria De Matteis is a Ph.D. student in Economics at Sapienza, University of Rome. There, she graduated summa cum laude in the M.Sc. Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets, after having completed the bachelor degree in Economics and International Cooperation (Scienze Economiche e Cooperazione Internazionale). Thanks to several study missions abroad, she can speak different foreign languages. Her main research interests are applied microeconometrics, inequalities and welfare state policy, economic policy and environmental economics. At Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation, she studies the distributive effects of green policies within the research programme “Labour in the Low-Carbon Transition (LILT)”.
