Alberto Gabino Martínez Hernández graduated in 2018 from his bachelor’s degree in economics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). In 2021 he completed his dual master’s program in economics and sustainability at both the Universitá degli Studi Roma Tre and the Université Sorbonné Paris Nord. He is currently a PhD student in Economics at the Université Paris Cité, studying the linkages between international trade and sustainability. He has professional experience both in national and in international organizations (CIRAD, UNIDO) on different sustainability issues, such as water, agriculture, and climate change. In 2022 he joins FEEM as a researcher on climate change adaptation modelling as part of the ADAPT@VE program.
