World Food Day | Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei takes part in the web event “Food Innovation Day”




On the occasion of the World Food Day, Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) takes part in the webinar “Food Innovation Day” hosted by World Food Program (WFP) | Tunisia in collaboration with Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Nicolò Stevanato, FEEM and Politecnico di Milano, participates in the web event by presenting how FEEM and Politecnico di Milano work on Water-Energy-Food issues in Africa. The presentation will be focused on the CIVICS (REP leading) and M-LED (FEP leading) frameworks, two reasearch projects on Water-Energy-Food modelling.
WFP’s support to the Government of Tunisia includes the developing and upgrading normative guidelines, including nutrition and hygiene, and a manual for school gardens; supporting communities in the rehabilitation, upgrade and equipment of school canteens; and training cooks and school staff.
