ES Summer School on "Cultural variables, nation-building and transition processes in the South-Eastern bank of the Mediterranean"

From July 1st to July 4th, 2014 FEEM organizes in Butera (Caltanissetta) a Summer School to investigate the role that Islam plays in the cultural, social and political processes currently taking place in the Mediterranean. The Summer School,  targeted to university students, researchers, representatives from local institutions and civil society, will provide food for thought and working tools to shed new light on a timely topic that requires deep and inter-disciplinary investigation and analysis. Participation is free of charge and admission is restricted to maximum 25 participants. Applicants must send an email to by June 25, 2014.
