On May 16, in the occasion of the launch of the  IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Special Report on Renewable energy Sources and Climate Change Mitigation, FEEM Scientific Director Prof. Carlo Carraro will take part in the experts’ panel presenting the new report.

The report is the result of the work on renewable energy sources of the working group on climate change mitigation (WG III) of the IPCC, aimed to address the information needs of policy makers, private sector and civil society in the field of renewables and mitigation in a comprehensive way, as well as to provide valuable information for further IPCC publications, including the integration of its findings into the next comprehensive IPCC Assessment Report.
