In 2021 I was post-doctoral Research Fellow in Environmental Statistics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bergamo (UniBg), Italy. Since December 2021, I teach Introduction to Time Series Analysis at the M.Sc. in Statistics & Economics at UniMiB.
In 2021 I earned the Ph.D. in Statistics at UniMiB, with a dissertation on time series models for air quality monitoring and assessment of environmental protection policies in Lombardy, Italy. In 2017 I graduated in Statistics & Economics (M.Sc.) at UniMiB and in 2015 I graduated in Economics (B.Sc.) at UniBg.
My research activities and interests focus on statistical and econometrics methodologies applied to environmental, energy and socio-economic fields. In particular, I do research on temporal, spatiotemporal and geostatistical modelling of air quality and airborne pollutants, on the analysis of policy interventions for environmental protection, and on macroeconometrics applied to environment and sustainable development issues.
In order to improve the quality of my research activities, I have been visiting researcher for several months at international research centers, such as the Leibniz University of Hannover (Germany), and the University of Aveiro (Portugal).
Starting from 2018 I collaborate as researcher on many projects in partnership with Italian and international research institutes, such as Associazione Economia & Sostenibilità (Italy), CGIL Lombardia (Italy) and Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale IRS (Italy).
