Michele Maurizio Malpede is currently a Visiting Researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM). Formerly he has been involved in the LIMITS project - Low climate IMpact scenarios and the Implications of required Tight emission control Strategies.
His main purpose is to study the impact of the inclusion of an emission tax in Multi-Country DSGE models, in which trade between Domestic Country and the rest of the world is considered.
He has also conducted research in Competitiveness among European Countries at the European Central Bank.
He holds a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University and a Bsc in Economic Sciences and Statistics at University of Siena and the University College Cork.
