Yulia Kiryakova earned a degree in natural and environmental sciences (2007, Russia) and, after a three-year work experience as an environmental designer, she obtained a master’s degree in plant breeding (2012, France) and a PhD in Research in ecosystems and biotechnologies (2016, Basilicata, Italy). Since 2019, she has been working as a FEEM researcher in Viggiano, especially for projects concerning sustainability and the territory. In particular, she deals with research topics such as the environment, agriculture and the circular economy, and participate in FEEM’s network with the main regional and national scientific skills. Since 2021, she also collaborates with FEEM on some projects funded by the Erasmus + program.
