Ylenia born in Milan in 1973.
In 1992 she graduated in Perito Informatico.
She worked at Convergys from 1998 until 2016. She was responsible for the daily supervision and management of all agents assigned. Ensures service delivered to our customer meets needs and contractual obligations of our clients through the management of operational activity of the team. Under the direction of the service delivery manager implements systems and processes to achieve client-specified metric while providing development opportunities to our agents.
Ylenia joined FEEM in July 2020 as the project office of FEEM Servizi srl support .
