Innovation under Uncertainty: The Future of Carbon-free Energy Technologies

Stabilization of atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases to safe levels will require, at least in the longer run, some kind of technological revolution. This, in turn, can only be achieved through investments in research, development and demonstration (RD&D) of carbon-free energy technologies. This new volume of the Edward Elgar Publishing - FEEM series on Economics, the Environment and Sustainable Development,  “Innovation under Uncertainty”, edited by FEEM researchers Valentina Bosetti and Michela Catenacci, presents original research and insights on the uncertain future of carbon-free energy technologies.
