Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei co-organizes the 9th Annual Conference of the Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economist (IAERE)



The ninth Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economist (IAERE) Annual Conference will be held online on April 21-23, 2021, co-organized by Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) and by the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Brescia (Unibs).

As from the 1st of January 2020, with a three-year mandate, the role of president of the IAERE association is filled by Prof. Sergio Vergalli, Scientific Coordinator of the Modelling Energy Transition (MET) research area in Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei and Full Professor in Economic Policy within the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Brescia. Prof. Sergio Vergalli is also member of the scientific committee and head of the organization of the 2021 Annual Conference.

The IAERE Annual Conference offers a valuable platform for meeting, exchanging ideas and discussing the most pressing issues of the matter, since scientific studies and papers of the economics of the environment and natural resources will be presented and discussed, raising awareness among participants in favor of sustainable development and circular economy.
