A fascination for traveling and a childhood desire to travel the world while working have led me to spend a decade living and working in Sri Lanka. The 2004 Tsunami tragedy and the volunteer work afterward motivated me to turn a lifelong passion into a full-time job, followed by collaboration in the financial and economic management of international cooperation projects with a number of nonprofits in Africa and Asia where I have left a part of my soul in each intervention country. When I moved back to Italy about five years ago for personal reasons, I continued to be in charge of managing projects from the Italian headquarters.
