FEEM is one of the organizers of VENETONIGHT, The European Researchers’ Night in Veneto promoted by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development.

On September 23, media events, performances, experiments, conferences, exhibitions will take place in 250 cities all around Europe and the Veneto Region will host VENETONIGHT – the European Researchers’ Night in Veneto. The cities of Venice, Padua and Verona will organize a variety of activities aimed to give citizens the opportunity to meet researchers, reinforcing the relationship between science, school and society and encouraging young people to explore the world of research.

The VENETONIGHT‘s activities will be free of charge and citizens and researchers will participate together in the events organized in the heart of the city during the day and late into the night,  including, guided tours to the city centres, quizzes, artistic laboratories, entertainment, shows and cultural events.

In the organization of this exciting event FEEM is part of a Consortium which includes the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, IUAV, the University of Padua, the University of Verona, Unioncamere Veneto and the Municipality of Venice, in collaboration with the International Center for Climate Governance (ICCG).
